I was really, really down and depressed after a lot of things in my life went wrong. Then one day I was thinking about how despite my inability to control what happens in my life. I can choose whether or not to do something about it or I can choose to just sit around and continue to be beat down by every rain storm. I'd rather hold an umbrella :]

I wrote this quote myself and I say it to myself everyday because if I can't love myself, how can anyone else love me?
