SHE IS

She is a social girl, says the pictures of friends scattered around the room on book shelves and tacked on the wall; A child at heart too, says the teddy bears gathered on her bed filling the room with a heart warming glow; A bookworm says the piles of books stacked up in corners on the floor by the bed, pages bent from much use; But not a particularly organized girl, says the clothes stacked on chairs and strewn about.

She is a believer in God, says the bible sitting on the nightstand by the bed and the cross hanging above the light switch; A shoe freak too, says the countless numbers piled high in the closet; A music lover, says the hundreds of CD's sitting next to a much used stereo, set on her favorite country station; But she is not fond of homework, says the dusty textbooks hardly touched.

She loves her boyfriend, says the shoe box in the closet full of letters and pictures, Dallas Stars tickets and little treasures, objects reminiscent of their time spent together; She talks a lot, says the white cordless phone Buttons worn and the ear piece makeup stained from constant use; She likes to write, says the journal almost filled from writing down her thoughts, favorite quotes, goals, and accomplishments; But she is not a very tidy person says her bed, always messy and unmade.
