JOB WELL DONE
At the Beijing 2008 Olympics, on the Volleyball Court, when the world giants of the game were sweating to prove themselves, many may have failed to watch one young lady in the right hand corner of the court. She was focused on the coverage whenever the server, in that end, was serving the ball. Sitting in the corner of the court, she was very focused on her job. With a hand towel in her hand, she would wipe the sweat off the out-of- play volleyballs used in the game. All the time you could see that she was focused only on her work and never got distracted by the game. She would get all the out-of-play balls rolled to her from different ends of the court and continually wipe the sweat out of them, meticulously. There was no instance in the games where the ball slipped from the hands of the players due to the sweat on it. Why? Maybe it was due to the fact that she was doing a job well done.

This is an inspirational sighting about the dedication of the individual towards the job entrusted. This young lady was in a very near position to the game and even then, she was more focused on the job at hand because the job only mattered to be done in that moment and not later. Start teaching others what you know; you may end up learning more.
